One of my pet peeves - you'd think somebody would have come up with a solution by now. The typical uniform / equipment companies don't offer anything specifically designed for a large & heavy key ring. When I have time I'll check construction / industrial suppliers.

"I've seen too many decently-paid security guards who though they had a 'career' in security only to find the above happen to them and they end up working for low wages. As I mentioned before, being a security guard was never meant to be a career. I don't say this out of animosity or anger, but...Last edited by Condo Guard; 12-03-2019, 12:13 PM.

I suspect it is how it is done, and the parents. I always emphasized after lock downs (real or drill) that these things are rare, and a lot of threats are kids either trying to get out of a test or just getting off on making everyone alter their routine. In one lock down kids had to urinate in a bucket...

(Hopefully it was the company's...Last edited by Condo Guard; 11-27-2019, 05:00 PM.

SoCal, after the same discussion with a co-worker, I'm inclined to agree. Times have changed and so have the threats. I'm not looking at anything less than 9mm at this point.
I loved my .380 because I could hit the "B" on a Budweiser can with consistent accuracy. Unfortunately,...Last edited by Condo Guard; 11-26-2019, 04:23 PM.

Watch where you step - I hear LA is as bad as Seattle when it comes to needles and human waste all over...

You are correct on the why of 9/11 - no one prior to that had used commercial airliners as flying bombs. That was why the FBI didn't pay attention to one agent's reports of Saudi men training to fly planes but skipping how to land - they couldn't connect the dots.
I think TSA does a lot...

TSA and the law of unintended consequences
Not strictly a security analysis of the agency, but an interesting, quick read - basically, more people are driving to avoid the airport screening hassle, so more people actually die (in auto accidents instead of terrorist attacks). Form your own opinion...
