Me personally am always leary about wireless systems. If you already have a wired system, why not just upgrade it? With wireless systems you always have to do maintenance, replace batteries, etc. Hardwired is good to go with little maintenance. Upgrading your current wired system is also cheaper than wireless.

I have to admit I don't know anything about Ingridhome. So I could not say good or bad for them in particular.

Actually some wireless is very reliable these days, aside from routine maintenance, but you can never beat hardwire, and you already have the wires in place.

Anyone have anything to say about the InGrid Home Security System? I am looking changing out the very very dated hardwire system in my home and changing over to this wireless system.
