Please, I am looking for some assistance with Manufactures of high end residential security. Cost is not an issue. Where to start?

You would need to a bit more information to get a detailed answer... High-end residential security spans a lot of technology, from perimeter devices to networked cameras to PIRs, even microwave and a heck of a lot more depending on who/what is being secured. If it's a project that can't be described in detail in this public space, you may simply want to go in confidence to your local high-end security systems dealer and get recommendations.
