Help- Universal Circuit Board

I wonder if there is anyone out there who can give me some help. We use loktronic electric locks in many of our secure installations and in some of them the main PCB that monitors the MBS and DSM have gone faulty. The suppliers have been unable to provide us with an exact replacement but have given us what is called a Universal Circuit BD MBS DSM with a part number LOK50027. Unfortunately nobody can give us any details or installation instructions of this device and e-mails to the manufacturers go unanswered.
If anyone can help with information on this item or knows of anyone can help it would be much appreciated. Below is a photo of this unit.

Thanks a million for your help, I had nearly got to the point of removing the components from the board and drawing out the circuit, isn't in amazing that the suppliers were unable to provide the required info and the manufacturers never bothered to reply, even if it was only an acknowledgement of my request. Thanks again. Clients will be happy again

Thank you for your magnificent assistance. You not only helped this one person but helped us all. The minute you stop learning you are either brain or body dead. There will be flowers galore the pity is even though you are dressed to look your best, the aroma you'll miss but the eulogies will be just great.

Actually it's Locknetics. I always heard they were good products, not cheap, in quality or price. But I've never user them myself.

Their product is actually top class. We use them in one of our secure violent offenders institutes and the hammering they take from the inmates is astounding and yet none have failed due to this abuse. Pity about the tech service tho'
