tonight's one of them. there have been all day long power outages, leaving servers in a mess. The operations room a mess as well. Then all the phones all over campus go out... tonight is so annoying.
being an operator, you would think that the phone outage would make my job easier, but because i care i get worried that should something happen there will be no way for us to know.
