      I was told that, in New York City, firefighters have a legal right to "nudge" vehicles that are impending their way. And with the size bumpers we usually have mounted on our trucks, well, it'd be quite the easy task.

        I am from NYC and I have family in NYPD as well as Departments in upstate New York. Correct, all sworn personell are exempt while in service as I was told and Jimmy is a screwball. This is the first time I have ever heard from him.
