Don't bother. In Ft. Walton Beach at 5 AM, 32 degrees, heavy coat of frost on everything, high waves with wind blowing the freezing spray right thru your jacket and inner liner. 9mm and shotgun froze up. A few weeks ago I was in Duluth, MN and it was 8 degrees. When I returned to Philadelphia the temp was in the 60's. This AM it was 8 degrees. To think I left San Diego for this!

I know what you mean. We had a few inches of snow here in southern Arizona last sunday. It's really cool looking with snow all over the cactus. I would post a picture but to make the picture size small enough to upload you would miss alot of the detail.Leave a comment:

Winter is back
Boston has had to date 2 inches of snow as of January 26, 2007
Normally on this date we have about 30 inches of snow
It has been quite warm as well, that is until today !!
Five below zero and wind chilll factor at 20 below zero.
Just ducky doing patrols and tours on days like this
Three sweaters and an outer jacket as well and wooly mittens.
I put a glass of water on the ledge outside the gatehouse, and
about 20 minutes later frozen solid
