    Dairy Queen

They are everywhere in OH, where I grew up. Unfortunately, CT doesn't have too many.

Plain old vanilla ice cream will always be my favorite when Im looking for something soft.

The list of things I get at DQ is long indeed. Oreo and butterfinger blizzards, strawberry cheesequake blizzards, those weird brownie EXPLOSION sundaes, Peanut Buster Parfaits...

The only downside is that there's only one open right now during the snow season.

Every place I was stationed they had Dairy Queens, overseas clones, France, heavy, heavy cream, Guam was good, just outside Agana. Civilian life everywhere we've lived or I've gone on travel or vacation had one.
    Enjoy the day,
    Bill

I used to eat often at one back in college. I think they called their hamburgers Brazer?

This is the 1st year can remember the Dairy Queens locally are staying open
year round. They do offer a pretty good lunch of Cheeseburgers and
Fries. On a hot summer day, long lines of customers

My wife and I went early for ice cream and dinner today at 4 pm. and
a steady stream of customers. The burgers are actually pretty good.
    They beat McDonalds any day.

    Dairy Queen ice cream

After a long day you should treat yourself to something that probably
is not good for you, but oh so yummy.

In the Boston area we have quite a few Dairy Queens
Nothing like a vanilla cone dipped in chocolate sauce
    Most are open year round
    My wife loves the blizzard
Our oldest daughter lives in Metro-Austin, Texas where there at least
    5 Dairy Queens.
