Nadine Holmes, 37, was shot in the leg and two others were found dead in a car after a shooting that ensued after there was some sort of disturbance inside over some hip hop acts that were booked not being allowed to perform.

"We appreciate all the hard work you've done, the dedicated hours you have worked, and the lives you have saved. However, since this is your third time being late to work, we are terminating your employment here."

Nightclub work is the most dangerous bar-none in this business. You had better have all of your ducks in a row as far as training and experince and your people need to be trained in First Aid, and whatever you do don't send any hot heads.
