SAN PEDRO -- A man who shot and wounded a security guard at an In-N-Out restaurant in San Pedro has been arrested, a lieutenant said.
Investigators say the gunman got into an argument with the security guard around 9:30 p.m. Saturday at an In-N-Out on south Western Avenue and shot him in the buttocks. The gunman had apparently been sitting on a table before the argument began.
The 20-something suspect, whose name was being withheld, was found near his home
shortly afterward and taken into custody, Los Angeles police Lt. Lee Sands of the Harbor Station said.
The gun was not recovered, he added.
The victim was taken to a local hospital and was expected to recover, Sands said
