  • Security Guard Fatally Shot Outside Club On New Year's Day

    MIAMI -- Authorities are investigating the fatal shooting of a security guard outside a nightclub in north Miami-Dade County.

    The incident happened in the early hours of New Year's Day at the Kolanut Cafe, 250 N.E. 183rd St.

    Miami-Dade police said shots were fired during an argument between the guard, Jermine Eugene, and one or more people.

    Eugene, 29, was pronounced dead at the scene. According to police, the shooter fled the scene.

    No further details were immediately available.

    The shooter needs to get convicted, then get sentenced to life without the possibility of parole.

    That would be the true definition of gun control.

        What are you talking about? The shooting referred to in the title of the thread happened in Florida, while the one you're referring to happened in Indiana.
