Yes, we all know most employer's aren't going to pay for training, but if you plan to stay in this field. TRAIN, TRAIN, TRAIN! Take as many opportunities as you can. Your LIFE may depend on that training one day.

A brother of a female security guard who was severely beaten and left for dead is speaking out, hoping it will help police find the person who broke almost every bone in his little sister’s face.

Susan Schmidt, 52, was a security guard at Bob Turner’s Ford and now she is in a coma, clinging to life.

On September 4, she was attacked while working the graveyard shift.

The suspect took-off with a set of wheels and rims, leaving Schmidt badly beaten and unconscious.

"I've never felt so psychically wounded, I was just, it was horrendous when I picked up her personal affects. There was a jar in there of her teeth they picked up off the ground out of a pool of blood," said Susan’s brother Charles Schmidt.

Charles said the injuries go beyond the bruises and broken bones.

“I don't recognize anything behind her eyes, that's for sure now, anymore,” said Charles Schmidt.

Wednesday Charles Schmidt signed a “do not resuscitate” order. He said his sister told him years ago that she didn’t want to be running unless she was doing it on her own motor.

So far no suspects have been arrested.

Crime Stoppers and Bob Turner’s Ford are offering a $6,000 reward for an arrest in the case.
