MANKATO, MN. -- A security guard working with the Minnesota Vikings training camp died due to an apparent heart attack.
The retired St. Paul Police Officer, 66-year-old Frank Foster, was found dead in an RV where he typically slept outside Gage Hall dormitory -- the building in which Vikings stay.
One of Foster's duties was ecsorting the head coach from the field following workouts.
Foster had worked with the Vikings for at least 14 years.
