It was not just a 'masked man'.

He worked for and had been fired from the same security company.

The building is a charity that receives quite literally millions of dollars worth of donations. The officers there are all level three. The wannabe thief worked at the location before he was fired.

Mill City Security is the company name.

Defender employee did not have correct armed training, and assailant employee had not been put through a background check. Owner claimed ignorance of the training requirements, prior to the incident.

Mill City's license was up at the February meeting and the board voted to not renew it.
