S/O shot and killed at sports bar

A security officer was shot and killed at a sports bar in Whittier.

Ironically the shooting occured across the street from the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Academy...

The owner of the bar said that he would give all of the following evenings proceeds to help cover the costs of the funeral.

That really sucks. That the guy was killed not that the bar is donating proceeds for the funeral. Bars are very dangerous places to work in any capacity. Especially for security.

I work armed in a bar here in VA,and s*** can hit the fan in a heartbeat,you have to grow eyes in the back of your head if you are going to work in a bar .
