We just hired 1 off of the last list of about 30 people, but there were only about 30 applicants because we only posted the opening on the hospital website. This opening, I guess will be in the Star Tribune and maybe the Pioneer Press.

Craigslist has two openings on there for HCMC protection officers. There are a lot of in house hospital security jobs available now all over the metro. Not all of the jobs are in patrol as well. North Memorial is hiring a surveillance specialist and Fairview is hiring a shuttle officer.

I would strongly recommend hospital security for the better pay, benefits, and variety it provides.
