    • $99,819-$139,747 per year
    • The Director has the whole management responsibility for Facilities and Security departments on the overall operation, security and maintenance of the school buildings, grounds, parking lots and physical plant. Additionally, this position will manage outside contractors and vendors in any operational functions, construction remodeling and mechanical upgrades. During these upgrades, the incumbent will monitor the work schedules of outside contractors and vendors, manage budget concerns, maintain vendor relations and minimize disruptions around the school. Examples of the duties this position is responsible for include:
    • Vendor and contractor management including ensuring compliance with building codes and safety requirements
    • Managing and maintaining the physical plant
    • Development, implementation and oversight of preventative maintenance programs
    • Management of new construction and mechanical renovations
    • Development, implementation and updating policies and procedures
    • Oversight of all security for our property including the supervision and scheduling of staff
    • Developing and maintaining emergency management protocols
    • Development and management of the annual budget for facilities and security

    The qualify for this position, you should have the following:
    • Bachelor's degree, preferably in an area related to this role
    • 5+ years of experience in facilities management that includes a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience
    • First Class Boiler C license is highly preferred
    • Experience providing and maintaining outstanding customer service as part of and as the leader of the team
    • Experience with space planning
    • Experience working with labor unions is preferred
    • Certifications in CPR, First Responder and First Aid is preferred
