    The Production Unit Security Supervisor is responsible for planning, execution and oversight of security and associated emergency response plans to protect Company personnel and property involved in activities related to this one facility.
    This role will proactively support the operations and implementation of security plans to meet Company requirements and standards with particular focus on: supervision of private security providers; monitoring local security trends or threats; security incident management and; development and execution of local security procedures.


    Develop and deliver security plans and procedures
    Conduct and co-ordinate detailed security risk assessments in advance of new activities, entry into new areas or in response to perceived increase in risk levels.
    Liaison with local authorities and police, private security companies and other security contacts in order to maintain effective security information networks, Monitor any local trends or emerging security threats, and co-ordinate effective response plans.
    Co-ordination of journey management system for all internal personnel and equipment moves associated with the Production Unit.
    Development of emergency response plans to mitigate key risks faced by personnel and activities including provision of leadership and support to any incidents.
    Selection, vetting and supervision of private security companies in support of activities, including verification of conformance with Petroleum requirements, specifically the Voluntary Principles of Security and Human Rights.
    •Assistance in selection and vetting of contractors or vendors as required, ensuring appropriate due diligence is exercised.
    •Investigation of security threats, incidents or loss of assets.
    •Regular liaison with Petroleum Asset Protection including: reporting of any security breaches; updates on security situation; discussion of security plans and co-ordination of audits, reviews or training.
    Development and delivery of security induction for visitors and periodic refresher training for regular staff.
    Assistance in development of business continuity plans as required.
    Application of appropriate Company Standards and Procedures. (E.g. Petroleum Security and Emergency Management Controls, Site Security Procedure, Safe Travel Procedure etc)


    Graduate level security or risk management qualifications or equivalent experience.
    Experience supervising or leading security operations as part of, or on behalf of, oil and gas or similar industry operations on land in the USA, preferably in Arkansas
    Security planning and design: protection of personnel, information, structures and installations.
    Writing security procedures and conduct of security assurance and audit programs.
    Risk assessment methodology: adept in threat and risk analysis for businesses.
    Awareness of USA security regulations (specifically CFATS and TSA) and international Human Rights and Corporate Social Responsibility principles.
    Emergency response and business continuity planning and implementation.
    Excellent report writing and verbal briefing and training skills.
