Police, Security Face Assault Charges

Kansas City, MO:
A Randolph police officer and a security guard were charged with assault for the act of pepper spraying and tasing two individuals outside a Northland bar where they were working security duty. The individuals were said to be leaving after being ordered to do so.

Who knows?

The details are too scarce to know whom to believe. Maybe they have CCTV images or witnesses of the alleged assault and they are just being tight-lipped.
