A buddy just e-mailed me asking what I thought of these guys' pitch. Sounds kind of off to me. Just wanted to see if anyone had ever heard of them...

Well, the website is sloppily built and poorly edited. I like that they never actually tell you what kind of training is offered, or what it actually costs; that's gotta be a great butt-saver when some attorney wants to ask questions."I don't do judgment. Just retrieval."

I wonder
If this :http://www.txdps.state.tx.us/psb/com...aspx?id=C06063
is the same company. License terminated 12 years ago...

Wonder who did their site. They have an os-commerce install, so it wasn't a total idiot. Probably required the guy to submit all content, though. Some Kind of Commando Leader

LOL, Bodyguard/Spec Ops school.
I went to one in Dallas back in the day and it was a jip. Heck, their website (http://www.samurai-warrior.com/PBN/) is an empty domain now. They offered all this "training" (they actually took an abandoned warehouse and turned it into a respectable shoot-house, we fired live weapons, the ammo being only the casing and the primer) and for a fee, put your picture in a book and helped you make a resume (for another fee) and offered "marketing services" lol.
Funny, but a company in Texas that advertised for Bodyguards and offered jobs, but didn't teach the State Personal Protection Officer (PPO) Class lol. They got a few hundred bucks from me 13 years ago, now I know better.
These guys (some of whom where associated with the "National Bodyguard Network" guys who were in Texas) are the same thing.

Edit: it's like those people on TV who want to tell you how to get rich. If they KNEW how to get rich they'd be doing it themselves and would keep it a secret to protect their market share lol.
Real Bodyguards are...bodyguarding lol
