Houston, TX - A serial rapist found his way into an elementary school and was in the process of trying to rape a first grade teacher. A security guard and some neighborhood kids held the suspect down until police arrived. The suspect was taken into custody.

Perhaps not, considering even violent offenders like that have civil rights until convicted. Kudos to the security and the community, however. This is a perfect example of why security should not simply be there to observe and report.
