Missing Security Guard Found, Arrested

A security guard who went missing on Tuesday was found in Las Cruces on Wednesday night. According to court documents, he was out drinking with friends and was not in danger. He had used a radio to call in while he was supposed to be on patrol stating he needed help the night he went missing. After reviewing statements, police are charging him with tampering with evidence and making a false report.
