i remember seeing that in the news. dont remember anything offical that said he was coughing up blood though i have been peppersprayed a number of times i have seen ppl throw up from it but never any blood. i dont feel to bad for him though if your running from a cop thats telling you to stop your gonna get f*cked up. the cops dont know anything more than what is said on the radio they show up and see a guy running from them and not listining to them they have to do what is nessesary

i think the problem for the cops was, the suspect was white. The guy who got the settlement was black. They didn't even get the race right. Hixon was driving a Jaguar, and the suspect was seen leaving in a van.

Also, Hernandez (to quote Chris Tucker from rush hour 3) was just too damn big. 6' 6" and 270lbs. He also was alleged to have stepped on Hixon's neck.

If for [i]any[i] reason you are bluelighted/approached by PD, my suggestion is, DON'T F'ING RUN!!!

If it is a misunderstanding, it will be cleared up in a matter of about 10 minutes; But for F***s sajke, don't run/ elude, you dumbass...

I love these folks who have expired tags or an out of date license who choose to try and evade, instead of taking their medicine for driving when they shouldn't be... You may outrun the immediate Officer, but you ain't outrunning Motorola..
