  • Guard opens fire outside Walter Reed med center

    "An armed security guard at Walter Reed Army Medical Center opened fire at another guard Wednesday outside a busy entrance to the hospital, police said. No one was injured."

        You feel the same way I do. While not on the private side anymore, I find things like this embarrassing still.

        For me it's worse when I see another school cop do something stuid (because people already don't think much of us) like THIS FLAMING DRUNK IDIOT.

            If these guys work for the company I think they do then it just landed a 33 Million dollar contract to guard gov blds in DC. They may have been rushed to fill positions and that may have been a contributing factor to the problem here.

                  All I know is I thank god it wasn't the company I work for! But I am sure the government organization I work at will want our employer to take our guns away
                  since they did not want us armed in the first place. GSA and FPS wanted us
                  armed.

                    Contract guard Nathan, Vance Security Services. Prior conviction for a gun charge in 1994. BIs go back only five years.
