Orlando, Fla. -- Orange County Sheriff's deputies arrested a JC Penney store security guard, Saturday, at the Florida Mall.Officials told Channel 9 that a juvenile suspected of shoplifting at the store was detained, but while handcuffed, the security guard struck the juvenile in the chest with his knee.The store security guard was arrested and charged with child abuse.Copyright 2007 by wftv.com.
