Thanks for this. I was stationed at Andersen AFB, Guam 1964-1966. It contains critical military assets. This could prove interesting. The US Attorney was fired when he got to close to the Abramoff(?) investigation a few years back. Before being fired, there was a bomb blast in the parking garage.
Like your signature, a take off on Mark Twain's comment, "An armed society is a polite society." In Canada, they are faced with a crime conundrum how to balance public safety against rise in gang related violence as reported in the Ottawa Citizen.

Well, I was actually thinking of changing it to something else...I've narrowed it down to two:

I don't trust your site because when I pointed the curser over what looked like Toronto or Montreal on the map it said something about something happening in Vancouver. Vancouver is no where near Montreal or Toronto!
