Bar security must undergo more training

I would expect the contract companies to whine - they did the same thing in Washington State back in the 1990s when the legislature decided to revise the licensing requirements. There is one point here that comes out at the end of the article - that some of the guards were not properly licensed under the existing laws. If they'd start by making sure the current regulations are actually being complied with, that would be a good start in making sure guards behave.
