Sounds about right... I'm kinda glad to be out of Private Security for the most part.

In some cases you don't even get Spray. I work for Valor (part-time) and it's an okay company... have seen better, and worse. I am not authorized Spray, cuffs, Baton, anything of that nature... just a pen, and a cell phone.

Anyone familiar with Valor security??? I heard they are the leaders in mall security. I hear they also give their employees training tests.

Use the search function, we've covered Valor before. Very strange company, to say the least.

I disagree with their policy of having only OC and handcuffs, no impact weapons. Their tactics seem to be "Spray and run away."
