Several days ago I attended a funeral for a Dallas police officer who was killed in the line of duty. He was 28 years old and was married three months ago. He was one of their most dedicated officers. I could see what looked like more than a thousand police officers in attendance from all over the state. I was genuinely moved by all their heartfelt devotion for this great man. If anyone from the LE community is reading this, especially from Dallas, please know that you are looked up to and admired for what you do every day. You truly are America's warrior class. God bless the truly valiant.
