I talked about in another thread about Animals on my site
What about your post or site maybe being haunted?
Things that go bump in the night
Noises, visions, tools falling off lockers for no reasonable reason

Your walking past a vacant office knowing that at the 0100 round
the door was closed tight. Why then at 0300 the door is now wide open?

The backstairwell has no light. Well as above it was not lighted at
0100, and now at 0300 the 100 watt bulb shines bright

If you are patroling a factory floor on a Sunday morning you can
almost sense there is someone watching you.

Where I am posted the factory was there almost 100 years.
As in the case of large machine companies Industrial accidents
do happen. Over the course of those 100 years at least
3 persons were killed when the factory was in operation
You wonder as you patrol past the old maintenace office
and you swear you saw a shadow, that these spirits
have come back for one last time

When I was a cadet for a police department we were contracted by a university to assist their campus security with overnight security while there were about 1000+ extra people there. The asst. director of security was telling me and my partner about some ghosts they had on campus. I guess a monk had once jumped from an abbey and died and now he haunts a floor in the building. Then there is a female ghost that haunts the floor below him looking for him legend has it. They also said that there was a ghost that haunted a graveyard in the back, the graveyard was filled with bodies of old priests and monks. We were not allowed to go back there during the night. They also said they have a "Tennis player ghost" which one of our officers actually attested to seeing once.

Overall, we thought nothing of it... more than anything else we poked a little fun at the thought. The campus security officers, were a joke there, poor uniforms, poor vehicle, no armor, no real uniform regs, just a joke. And here we were in a squared away crown victoria, sharp uniforms, good protection, etc... more people came to us when they needed something than them. My partner and I made up a joke where we were saying that one of the ghosts named "Wolfgang" would make a "Security sandwich" out of anyone that came across his path.

Unless they are authorized to be on-site and have proper ID escort them to the perimeter with a warning to never return.
