That's gonna be a complete matter of opinion, and depends on whether you're looking for halogen, strobe, LED, etc...
If you're looking for a modern, high-tech look, you want LEDs... I can't tell you which is the best, but I CAN tell you to stay away from the 'bargain' models that you can find for $200-300... They're simply not bright enough to be worth a dang..
