Need a shoulder mic with earpiece plug for Motorola MT1000

Can anyone recommend a shoulder mic with an earpiece jack for my Motorola MT1000?

There are a lot of different "knock-off" mics on Ebay. A lot of the ones have ear piece plug ins on the mic (I've seen them with 2.5mm and 3mm plug-ins). Heck you might be able to find an authentic one on Ebay that someone is trying to get rid of.

God, if it was only that easy.....Since this radio has been discontinued I can find only regular speaker mics on ebay, I remember about 10 years ago when I last used the MT1000 I had a nice mic with a earpiece plug that was at the base that connected to the radio but damn If I can remember who made it.

Have you tried Quartermaster? They sell adapters to link the HT series to regular 2.5mm headsets/shoulder mics, and sell PTT shoulder mics with earpiece.
