    An assistant manager at an Arby's in southwestern Ohio who jumped out of a drive-thru window to escape a robber has been fired because the company says she repeatedly violated company policy against working alone after hours.

    It depends on who does the scheduling. If the assistant manager is responsible for scheduling, and schedules people (including self) to work alone during late hours, and assuming that this policy exists with Arby's, then yes. Arby's made the right move, and the robbery attempt had nothing to do with it.
