You must have a lot of part timers working for you with your 3800 hours and 110 crew. I've noticed that's not unusual, usually because the company wants to have additional people to be able to work extra shifts without resorting to overtime. Is that how it is with your company?

It will be interesting to hear from your point of view on issues raised on the forum, so join in anytime.

New to the forum and just wanted to drop a few lines for an intro.

I've been in the Security industry for 8 years, 6 of them in management. I am currently an Operations Manager for a contract company overseeing a 3800 hour account in Connecticut. I have a staff of 110 security officers and supervisory staff.

I look forward to interacting and learning with all on the forum.
