    Newbie here!!!

    Hey everyone, My name is Kevin and I live in SW Florida.

    I am the owner of a small Security Agency and I have been involved in Security for 21 years now.

    I look forward to participating in this forum and throwing in my two cents!

        Welcome.

        Now I'm going to ask you if DOACS has given you any grief over the words "special officer" on your patches, since FSS 493.6118 makes it a criminal offense to suggest that a Class D security officer has any official authority.

        Oh, and are you aware that its a criminal violation of 493 for one of your employees to use force to eject a trespasser, or otherwise offensively use force?
