I am new here, as is My Company Which is still in the planning/building phase

well if you cant tell i am in Utah. I am trying to start up a new company that will treat the employees well, whereas many companies here in utah have a bad reputation for treating employees poorly.

I hope that i can be a assest to this fourm and learn from it, as i strive to build.

hello all

New here on the sight. Seek advice and share experiences with other security officers. Live in panama city florida and work in panama city beach florida. Just made the rank of sgt. yet I still worry that I am not completely ready some things. hope to learn from some of the other officers on here.
