First, let me introduce myself. My name is Mike and I work for a firm that specializes in Commercial Insurance for the Security Guard and Alarm installation and monitoring industry.

The "hot topic" on the street is the Health Reform Act aka "Obamacare" and I am curious to know how companies are planning to handling compliance. Move employees to part time? lay off workers? What are you or your company going to do about it?

My firm is working on a compliant product that we believe to be the lowest cost to employers but I am trying to get a better feel for what companies on the front line are planning to do.
