    Summary:
    Investigate fraudulent/illegal activities perpetrated by customers or employees. Work with local, state and federal authorities with matters related to fraudulent/illegal activities. Interview suspects, witnesses and others in a professional and accurate manner. Prepare timely and accurate reports for management, as required. Conduct security risk based reviews of all facilities. Conduct security related training sessions.

    Responsibilities:
    Conduct thorough and professional investigations related to check fraud, counterfeiting, check kiting, bank robbery, burglary incidents, embezzlements and all other incidents that may have an impact on R-G Crown Bank.
    Interview suspects, witnesses, and others in a professional and accurate manner so as to determine the facts in each investigation.
    Prepare investigations for presentment to law enforcement officials for prosecution of offenders. Maintain relationships with law enforcement and prosecution teams in both local and federal departments.
    Prepare timely and accurate reports for management, regulatory authorities, and others as required.
    Conduct security risk- based reviews of all facilities.
    Conduct professional security training sessions to ensure compliance with regulatory mandates as well as R-G Crown Bank’s requirement’s.
    Collect and maintain proper documentation for all investigations.
    Other Responsibilities:
    Respond to critical incidents as needed.
    Develop and maintain partnerships with all areas of the bank.
    Perform other duties as assigned, to contribute to the overall success of the Corporate Security Department.

    Requirements:
    Bachelor’s Degree or comparable work experience. Preferred degree in criminal justice, security management, or business. Comparable experience must include at least three years work experience in corporate security, or bank fraud investigations.
    Significant understanding of bank operations, policies and procedures.
    Excellent oral and written communications skills. Ability to communicate with all levels of management.
    Understanding of criminal and civil court systems and laws that impact corporate security.
    Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple task.
    Must be able to work independently and maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
    Must be able to use excel, Word and other databases.
