The Alabama Security Regulatory Board finally has a website up and running. Here is the address:
Not all of the links are working yet on the website and there is still no word when they are actually going to start enfrocing the license regulations for companies and officers.
The biggest hang up now seems to be that all officers have to meet certain state training requirements however there is no firm definition on what constitutes meeting those requirements.
Anyone been in a state in the past that didn't have security regulations that approved security regulations? How crazy was the transition?
