    Default Kudo's to security officer

Kudo's to the security officer that was watching the door at the Louisville Ky. Gun show at the fairgrounds on friday. Many times at gun shows the security, be it LEO or private leaves a lot to be desired both in appearance and actions displayed. It was a pleasant suprise to see a sharp, crisp, attentive, young officer that was being observant and looked professional. More than made up for the idiot I had to deal with inside....

It's always nice to see an officer who takes pride in their appearance and duties.

When I was working as a supervisor, I saw alot of people who looked like a soup sandwich or, as my FTO said "bucket full of moldy a-holes", when I would do inspections. Really made me lose alot of faith in this industry, especially since my office wouldn't do anything to correct the issue.

However, when I showed up on post and the officer was clean-shaven, wearing a creased uniform with shined shoes, in possession of a pen and flashlight, and with a report completed up to the point of the inspection, I almost fainted.

Always good to see officers who remember that they are a public representation of the company and the industry as a whole.
