I have a relative who lives just outside Sun City, so I know the area. Temecula is really growing. A lot of cops who work in Orange County have moved to Temecula.

Yeh, homes are a bit cheaper in Temecula. A 2000 square foot home with a postage stamp backyard is about $600,000 in Temecula vs. 1.5 mil. by the coast.

Sanford & Son was set in the Watts area of L.A.
Eight is Enough was set here in Sacramento.
