There website doesn't look very impressive. The Idea of a Armed Strike Team sounds good on paper.
But the amount of training & liability is too much. I know a lot of the bigger players have similar teams in place
but they call them Global Response Team etc not ARMED SWAT TEAMS. I could imagine all the Security Guards
who didn't pass the POST or couldn't get hired on to a police department go and apply. $13 bucks an hour isn't
worth the time & effort.

Looks like these guys do mostly "Public Housing" AKA 'hard core slum gang ghetto'.
So I'm guessing "tactical strike" translates into "flood gang infested building with enough guards long enough for some government clown to say 'all fixed'".
Don't worry, the way the USA is heading, this will be needed in all neighborhoods.

They flood Section 8 Housing with armed guards to determine the criminal element on the
property. Then issue trespass warnings/evict/arrest the problem tentants or street gangs that thrive
in that enviroment.. After they all got removed/arrested then you focus on the community.

Wow... I am speechless, but not surprised. I have been seeing a lot more smaller security firms turning to this style of "urban commando" security. What I really like to know is how you market this type of security to a client, other than say a secured facility such as nuclear materials facilities or ammunition depots.

This security outfit looks like a bunch of fu fu @ss clowns, their web site looks as professional as they do. lol.
They have no concept how to correctly wear their Berets, they'd be eaten alive for breakfast in the military world.

I love the sunglasses at dusk too.

Amen, brother!
I HAVE done the same job, though. Tactical officer and instructor on a "high risk security team" that worked Section 8 Housing in south Florida where we were responsible for clearing empty, unsecured units on a nightly basis. Additionally, that female in the tactical vest in two of the pictures? I hope that she doesn't really wear those hoop earrings on the job or physically restrain someone with one hand while talking on the phone."Lo Que Sea, Cuando Sea, Donde Sea"
