It appears from at least two sources (CNBC, WND) that a major facility involved in Iran's nuclear bomb ambitions (NOT "nuclear power") - called Fordow - has been seriously damaged and perhaps even destroyed, with up to 200 people trapped underground, including teams of technical people from North Korea and Russia.

The latest update from WND: http://www.wnd.com/2013/01/new-detai...ear-explosion/
Watch the video which provides important background information and then read the update, which includes a timeline of what happened at Fordow.
There were five explosions in the facility, apparently simultaneously, and CCTV footage showed that they occurred in the ceilings. Iranian counterintelligence believes these were explosives built into ceiling lamps and triggered by a shift in the frequency of the facility's AC power source.
In other words, the facility's own maintenance people unwittingly planted the bombs for whoever (Israel?) mounted this operation.
If true, this raises an interesting security issue of importance to anyone working at a highly secured site. The problem that your security measures present to an adversary is how to gain access to the facility, right? You make it damned hard for anyone to get past you. But perhaps they don't need to gain personnel access to achieve their objective. Perhaps instead, while you're watching the doors, access comes in the form of a carton, or a piece of equipment that's delivered to your facility and which incorporates technology you never suspect.
What's especially important about this incident is that it slaps down Obama's incredibly naive efforts to strike a "grand bargain" with Iran - one of the two nations on earth that no one in his right mind would ever imagine could be trusted to honor a "bargain" (the other being North Korea).
If this was an Israeli operation, I say "Mazel tov!"* Job well done. You blew up Fordow and Obama at the same time, and what could be better than that?
* Congratulations.
