Good article. For US readers, the take away is that we better deal with Iran sooner rather than later. Israel will act if it feels there is imminent danger. The complexity of the situation is that so many of the actors in this drama have their own agendas - if they agree with their sponsors or allies, great; if not, they'll act on their own regardless.
Egypt (read: the Muslim Brotherhood) is now talking about scrapping the peace treaty with Israel. I don't think they will, but the fact they are considering it is one more concern for our ally on the front lines...

The situation in the middle east is constantly changing, making it very difficult, I believe, to every decision maker to forsee what he should do, stick to his agenda or implement a new one
