Assad is better off using them as a negotiating tool to assure his safety than actually using them (or even preparing to use them), which would most likely lead to a military response from the West or Israel. You can also bet their Russian allies want to make sure they don't fall into the wrong hands, just like us.

I came across these but not experienced yet. The link produced in the post is providing the clear view of the occurences and consequences
after using these. I had a doubt that they will harm to the environment and also leads to serious occurences and also like to have details about where the usage of these would be appropriate. Please prouduce some attachment links regarding my requirement. T
