To their credit, Securitas, and U.S. Security Assocaites have not and now do not charge for
cost of unifoms.
And more credit. Their winter jackets, and sweaters are nice and warm
Wind breakers are pretty good

I would not wish to work for any company that felt the need to charge employees for any required uniforms or equipment. If a company is not financially fit enough to feel the need to charge rent for the uniform, It raises a red flag in regard to the companys fitness as an employer. What other questionable things might they expect?

But you do understand the reasoning behind the companies that require a security deposit right ? Some of the guys that I have worked with would literally work on their cars in their uniform shirt if they could. The only reason they don't is because they are financially responsible for it

My boss gives you two shirts a cap he takes not one cent out of my pay for the uniforms. The rest you have to buy which I don't mine. I use two companies to get all my gear, They are www.qmuniforms.com www.uniforms4all.com
