    Default Avalon/final check

    Has any one had issues with Avalon and them issuing you your final check at minimum wage and over a week late?

    Honestly, I did not know they were still in business. I've heard of a lot of problems with them, however that is the first time I've heard that one...

    Went to file and was told to wait until Aug 1, 2012 because the cap goes from 7500.00 to 10000.00 at that time. So we'll be back up there then to file.
