Ideas for targeted acverticeing?

Hello all I am new to the forum and own a small security company. We do CCTV and alarm installs as well as training classes and close protection. I just got started up in January and am looking for some ways get really make the money I spend on ads works. We are working a couple of smallish contracts and have been doing a lot of cold calling. We are targeting missionary and aid groups since we are a faith based company and realy believe in what they are doing. I know there are not the highest paying clients but money is not every thing. We also work outside of the states in locations in Latin America. Just wanting to see if anyone had any ideas other then cold calling. Thanks
