me to list how many breaks I missed a week.....class action, etc.
I've been told certain occupation are 'exempt' because you take your own breaks etc.
But I figure if a lawyer is involved that might mean something.
I don't think any guards are fronting out $10K for some lawyer to 'give it a try'.
Of course, most security posts are like 90% "break time" and about 10% 'sorta gotta do a particular thing' time....and that goes even for 'active patrol'.
I'll keep you posted on the "case". I'm guess it will be months at minimum.

I just got a letter for a class action suite against my current employer Universal Protection Services here in California. Although, I think I have received class action suit letters in the mail for almost every security company I have worked.
