    Just saying.

And always keep up your (DAR) Direct After Action Report, call it Professional courtesy.

I've worked a few clubs, and when i became head of security there it was the only spot that incident reports were created/used/and filled out. I brought my buddy from high school in as my assistant head of security and he was 5'6. the kid was a beast, and didn't back down from anyone. hes in the army now and i rarely gwt to talk to him. point is as i mentioned earlier, we went.from multiple UOF incidents nightly, and after awhile were.able to talk people down or get them outside and remove the threat from.the establishment. it don't matter how good a fighter you are, how big you are or whats on or not on your belt. we all have our day that we're truly tested.

Keeping a DAR is something they don't typically do either, and that includes incident types.

I always do, I work a job, myself or with my team, It's complete. I will always work a file report, as a courtesy to the local police dept. Like I said, (DAR) Direct After Action Report. You cover your job, and your team.

I agree that is how most security gigs should be. Bouncing is not one of them, even when they do...the police are generally given as little info as possible. I can count on 2 fingers the number of times we called the police in... and that was over a 2 year span. It is something you generally want to avoid.

    Pops..

So long as you hold on to the report yourself feel free. They don't really have a mechanism for it. Nor do they want it. It is always good to keep your own records though.
